RegioGro designs training and capacity-building support for public administrations, programme teams, researchers and other organisations working with policy, evaluation and regional development. Training starts with the tasks participants need to perform and uses practical examples, tools and exercises relevant to their institutional context.
Training needs analysis; curriculum design; workshops; seminars; facilitated sessions; practical exercises; evaluation and MEL training; policy-research methods; guidance materials; peer learning and train-the-trainer formats.
Training is designed around practical use. The learning format, examples and exercises should reflect participants’ responsibilities, existing capacity and institutional context, with opportunities to apply tools to real cases wherever possible.
Training curricula, agendas, presentations, participant workbooks, templates, case exercises, facilitator guides, toolkits and learning assessments.
