Context and Objectives

Requested by the EP AGRI Committee to define the key characteristics of the European farming model and identify policy mechanisms to safeguard diverse, family-based agriculture. Objective was to evaluate structural trends in EU farming, assess the sustainability and resilience of family farm models, and propose strategic policy options for post-2022 CAP implementation.
